Over the past 200 years, millions, trillions of dollars have been diverted from public coffers, and yet there has always been a fund that covered these holes. We discussed where to get resources to fund a universal income for Brazilians. Now, there is no need to invent or transfer resources for this purpose, just use the same fund that covered the deviations from corruption in these last 200 years.
