Interests in nuclear development as a source of energy and production of nuclear weapons, given the conflict in Ukraine, need to be highlighted on the agenda of international debate. The use of nuclear weapons is a de facto threat, considering Russia's position, which is a global astonishment. The planet does not need political and economic leaders like the leadership of the Russian nation, or any other in any other nation.
