During my childhood, I heard predictions that robots would rule the world by the year 2000, and also that the world would come to an end. Neither did robots take over the world, nor did the world end. Robotics is, in fact, a key tool in cutting-edge technology—including the humanoid robots currently under development—yet it remains under human control. Similarly, Artificial Intelligence (or simply AI) is currently being developed under human supervision. Good and evil make up the human soul. The way tools are used is secondary to human will. I do not believe there is any greater risk than the human mind itself.
